A. When you find an item(s) you are interested in you can contact us either by phone, e-mail or fax. Our dedicated staff will be more than happy to supply you with the exact information you are looking for and in a timely, efficient manner.

Q. Does used equipment offer the best value?

A. Used heavy equipment is a terrific way to locate hard to find items, or to save thousands off of new retail. Belle City Equipment Resale only sells equipment that is of the highest quality possible. You can be assured that we only sell equipment that we would personally own ourselves.

Q. How can I pay for equipment I want to purchase?

A. We accept Cash, Cashiers Checks, Company Checks, Paypal, Wire Transfer and online Credit Card payment.

Q. How do you ship and who do you use?

A. All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We use a variety of shippers and shipping methods. For smaller items under 100lbs we will ship using USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx and items will be subject to a handling fee. For larger, heavier type equipment we can help you set up your shipment through local freight companies or you are welcome to provide your own.

Q. What is rigging and how does it work?

A. Rigging and associated costs is the responsibility of the buyer. All heavy equipment that requires professional rigging will be subject to a rigging fee depending on it's weight and size. The rigging fees vary and will be quoted to you before you pay your invoice. You are welcome to provide your own rigging when picking up from one of our facilities.
