If something is not right with your order, we will do everything that is reasonable to make sure your shopping experience at Belle City Equipment is a pleasant one.

If you must return an item, we will accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns must have prior approval

• Any return for inoperative equipment or misrepresentations:
  • We will exchange for identical item of if one is not available, will be credited fully, under our discretion. Additionally, because we are not experts of all the items we sell, we have in the past sold items where parts were missing or lost. In this event, we will either purchase the parts and send them to the customer or issue a full refund, under our discretion.

• Any other returns:
  • Refund for item only and buyer is responsible for all S&H charges, refund will be for merchandise credit or exchange only.
